Program Details
Suspension
You’ll start the season with a full factory service. If you want to move to RockShox, you’ll get steep athlete-only pricing through NCC. In the spring, you’ll join a multi-day setup camp supported by RockShox, where your suspension will be tuned to the way you ride. You’ll leave with your bike finally feeling the way it should. Throughout the season, you’ll have access to NCC and RockShox for support whenever you need it. We typically recommend 1–2 quick rebuilds during the season (every 50–100 hours) to keep things running the way they should. All categories get suspension support!
Bike Fit
For the XC crowd, you'll also receive a pro-level bike fit with ERG from BioWheels Workshop. They are based in Cincinnati OH. This will be a 3 day in-depth process. You will get your bike fit the first day, suspension the second, followed up by on-trail fit fine tuning the last day. Fit will start with flexibility and functional movement assessment, then move to contact point analysis with motion capture and saddle pressure. During the fit process, opportunities for off-bike strengthening, balance, and flexibility present themselves and will be prescribed.
Athletes
In return for being part of the program, we ask that you share your experience. That can be original posts on social media or Strava, resharing updates from NCC or ERG Cycling, showing up at events when you can, talking about the program with riders who are curious, and referring other riders to NCC or ERG when it makes sense.
The goal is simple: we want your experience to be worth talking about.

About Us
North Country Cycle
Est. 2000 - Over the years, our work has evolved as mountain biking has evolved. Suspension became a big part of what we do over the last decade with lots of hands-on work, testing, and time spent learning from suspension manufacturers. The staff working on your suspension also ride and race, so they understand what you and your bike need in order to work together successfully. Inside the shop, this program has been building in the background for some time and we are pumped to offer it now.
ERG with BioWheels Workshop
Est. 2015 - Eric Peters is an accredited IBFI (International Bike Fit Institute) Level 4 practitioner and also has a work and educational history in Physical Therapy and Exercise Science. Eric continues to engage with bikes of all sorts, though has a particular soft spot for mountain bikes, suspension and their affect on fit and handling. Eric operates ERG Cycling in partnership with BioWheels Workshop in Cincinnati, OH.
