E-BIKE POLICY
We work on e-bikes! With some caveats. If your e-bike has a commonly adopted electrical system manufactured by Bosch, TQ, Sram, DJI, Shimano, Fazua, Hyena, or Specialized, feel free to bring it by. If your motor/battery brand is not on this list, please ask first. We may be unable to service your bike even if it is not related to the electrical components.
We recognize that some people in our community may need some extra help and use an e-bike with a battery/motor brand not on this list. We want to help in these instances! Please call ahead of time to share your circumstances.
